Smještaj i okolica
Radi se o jednoj samostalnoj kući u uvali na otoku Korčuli, u južnoj Dalmaciji. Kuća se sastoji od dva apartmana i ima ukupno 4 spavaće sobe. Uvala je udaljena oko 15 km od grada Korčule i posljednjih par kilometara do kuće vode uskom cestom. Iako se struja (12V) i voda nalaze u kući, radi se o robinzonovom odmoru. Ispred kuće se nalazi gril (roštilj).

Opis kuće
Kuća raspolaže sa 4 spavaće sobe, dnevnim boravkom, više terasa, 3 kupatila, dvije relativno dobro opremljene kuhinje, vanjski gril. Okolica je strma, kamenita i zelena (jaka vegetacija). U vrhu uvale se nalazi predivna šljunčana plaža. Na drugoj strani uvale se nalaze još par drugih kučica. Dakle, posve sami niste...
Prilaz kuci: Glavna cesta završava kada dolazite na malu, usku cestu (3,7 km do kuce). nakon 3,7 km možete ostaviti Vas auto sa strane puta. Odatle do kuće vodi uski, strmi puteljak kroz obilnu vegetaciju (ca. 30m). Tada dolazi jedinstven doživljaj: prekrasan pogled i veoma dobro organizirana i opremljena kuca (jasno, u mogućnostima koje dozvoljava robinsonska okolica).
Želimo Vam ovaj smještaj predstaviti kao nešto jedinstveno. Ukoliko se možete dobro organizirati, ne tražiti ono sto nije primjereno ovoj vrsti turizma, onda možete provesti nezaboravan i zaista jedinstven način odmora i imati ono što čovjek ne može imati svaki dan.

We are pleased to offer you Robinson’s House. The name gives a clue to the kind of holiday you will enjoy here: Robinson Crusoe himself would feel at home in these surroundings.
Situated in an isolated location the house overlooks a small idyllic bay boasting crystal clear waters with views out to the island of Lastovo and beyond towards Italy.
This simple retreat from the stresses of modern life is particularly suited to nature lovers who will appreciate the “ Robinson “ way of life and take delight in being woken by bird song every morning.

Accommodation and Surrounding Area
Robinson's House is a detached property accommodating 10 to 12 people in two separate apartments with four bedrooms in total. It is supplied with water and electricity ( 12V) and has an outside barbecue area. The house is situated in a small bay on the island of Korčula in Southern Dalmatia and is only 15 km from the old historic town of Korčula. A narrow road leads to the bay from the main island road.

Description of House
There is a living room, two well equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a number of terraces and an outside barbecue. The surrounding lanscape is hilly with areas of dense vegetation. At the head of the bay there is an attractive pebble beach and on the opposite side of the bay there are a few small houses so you will not be totally alone…
Access to the house is via a narrow road 3.7 km in length, leading from the main Korcula to Vela Luka road. Cars can be parked at the end of the access road and the house is then reached by a narrow, steep footpath travelling through dense vegetation ( ca. 30 m). At the end of the short path you will be greeted by a wonderful view and a very well organized and equipped house ( but still in keeping with the Castaway lifestyle)
We want to assure you that this accommodation is unique and very special. If you are well organised and not too dependent on modern technology you can spend an unforgettable holiday here enjoying experiences you will not normally encounter in your everyday life.

Robinsons Haus - In einer Bucht auf Korcula
Gegenüber von Lastovo bzw. Italien befindet sich abseits der Zivilisation, aber dennoch mit jeglichem Komfort "Robinsons House". Das Haus befindet sich in einer idyllischen, abgeschiedenen Bucht. Naturfreunde, die viel Ruhe, intakte Natur und ein sauberes Meer vorfinden wollen, keine umgebende Infrastruktur benötigen und mit reichlichem Abstand von den Nachbarn ihren Urlaub verleben wollen, sind hier genau richtig.

Unterkunft und Umgebung
Es handelt sich um ein allein stehendes Ferienhaus in einer Bucht auf der Insel Korcula in Süden Dalmatiens (Kroatien). Das Haus besteht aus zwei Appartements, die gemeinsam über 4 Zimmer verfügen. Beide Appartements werden nur gemeinsam vermietet, um einen ungestörten Urlaub zu gewährleisten. Die Bucht ist ca. 15 km von der Stadt Korcula entfernt und über eine kleine Straße zu erreichen. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus, es steht zu Ihrer Alleinverfügung!

Ferienhaus - alleinstehend!!
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnraum, mehrere Terrassen, 3 Bäder, 2 relativ gut ausgestatte Küchen, einen Außengrill. Die Umgebung ist steil und grün. In der Bucht vor dem Haus befindet sich ein traumhafter Kiesstrand.
Zugang zum Haus: Von der Hauptstrasse zweigt ein enger Weg ab und nach ca. 3,7 km können Sie das Auto seitlich abstellen. Von dort aus sind es noch ca. 30m über einen kleinen, steilen bewachsenen Weg.
Am Ende erwartet sie ein traumhafter Ausblick auf ein sehr schönes, gut eingereichtetes Haus mit autonomer Energieversorgung - das richtige für einen Robinson unserer Zeit.
Wer auf den üblichen Komfort unserer Zeit nicht verzichten möchte, aber trotzdem Robinsons Einsamkeit genießen möchte, wer die Beschreibung durchgelesen hat und sich angesprochen fühlt, der wird einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erleben.

CASA ROBINSON
Il nome stesso dice gia' tutto di questa abitazione... Qui Robinson Crusoe si sarebbe sentito proprio a „casa sua". Si puo' affittare e la capacita' e' per un massimo di 10-12 persone. Direttamente sul mare, lontano dalla civilta', in un'idilliaca baia con spiaggia di fine pietrisco. Si raccomanda solo a coloro che amano veramente la natura e desiderano svegliarsi con il canto degli uccelli e la musica del mare.

Baia¨"Bačvica" Insenatura dell'isola di Korčula, nella Dalmazia meridionale, e' orientata a sud-ovest e guarda verso l'isola di Lastovo ed anche oltre, verso l'Italia. Oasi naturale, lontana dalla „civilta'", e' la sede ideale per la „casa di Robinson". L'ambiente idilliaco ed il mare incredibilmente pulito contribuiscono a rendere questa baia perfetta per il riposo. La casa e' raccomandata agli amanti della natura, a coloro che desiderano vivere come il famoso naufrago... Per quanto acqua e luce (12 V) siano gia' presenti...

Alloggio e ambiente circostante Si tratta di una costruzione indipendente composta da due appartamenti per un totale di 4 camere da letto, salotto, piu' terrazze, 3 sale da bagno, 2 cucine ben attrezzate e grill esterno. Affacciata sul mare e protetta a monte da ripide rocce, e' contornata da una folta vegetazione di macchia. Si gode la vista della baia con al fondo la favolosa spiaggia di pietrisco e sull'altra sponda alcune piccole casette. Non siete proprio del tutto isolati...

Per arrivarci La baia dista dalla cittadina di Korčula una quindicina di chilometri, gli ultimi dei quali sono da percorrere su di una strada a lieve restringimento, sino a diventare impraticabile. A questo punto non resta che parcheggiare e proseguire a piedi per un sentiero in pendenza per 30 metri, attraverso la vegetazione. Terminato il breve percorso si e' comunque premiati perche' l'emozione e' forte: un panorama stupendo ed il comfort di una casa molto ben organizzata (ovviamente secondo le possibilita' offerte dall' habitat „robinsoniano"...). Desideriamo proporre una sistemazione unica nel suo genere perche' se saprete adattarVi, senza cercare cio' che non puo' essere conforme a tale tipo di turismo, allora riuscirete a goderVi una vacanza speciale e a fare un' esperienza impensabile nella vita di ogni giorno.
