Enjoy your stay in comfortable, recently restored apartments in an old stone house located adjacent to a 16th century renaissance tower overlooking an ancient wine-growing estate. The house (with garden and parking space) is situated in a peaceful part of Lumbarda, 200m from shops, post office, cash point, tourist office, restaurants, fruit and vegetable market and bus connection to Korèula. The nearest sandy beach is 2 minutes away on foot.

There are three apartments in the house, all furnished and air-conditioned.
A***/4+2 – Ground floor: one apartment (50m2) with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), bathroom with toilet and open-plan kitchen/living room (with sofa bed) giving onto a secluded terrace with table, chairs, parasol and lounger.
A***/2 – First floor: two studio apartments (2x25m2) each comprising one room with a double bed, kitchen unit, and separate bathroom with toilet.

Trois appartements refaits a neuf et climatisés, dans une maison en pierre avec beaucoup de charme, faisant partie intégrante d`une tour du 16eme siecle. Les appartements sont a 100 m d'une plage de sable, disposent d'un jardin et d'un parking et sont tout pres du centre du village et de ses commerces (200m).

A***/4+2 Au rez-de-chaussée: un appartement (50 m2) avec salle de séjour donnant sur le jardin; deux chambres a coucher, une salle de bains, cabinet de toilette et cuisine.
A***/2 Au premier étage: deux studios de 25 m2 chacun (chambre avec grand lit, salle de bains, cabinet de toilette et kitchenette)
