| Villa K is perfect for nature lovers and those looking for a peaceful, quiet
holiday. Situated right on the sea on the southern coast of the island just 6 kilometers
from Vela Luka, this unpretentious family house sleeps 7-8. The house, in a
residential community of fewer than twenty holiday homes, has a combined living and dining
room, kitchen, and bath on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a larger bath and
three double bedrooms, one master with balcony with alcove and sea view. You will live
out-of-doors on the large dining terrace with its exquisite views. Paths lead through the garden to the rocky beach below, with a smaller pebble beach a 100 meters away. (For sailors, there is private anchorage right in front of the house.) Villa K is equipped with everything you will need to make your holiday comfortable including TV, video player, air conditioning, washing machine, and internet access. Nearby Vela Luka and Blato have all the essential shops, plus an assortment of charming restaurants and other tourists attractions. A car is essential. Pets are welcomed. Villa K is available to rent for not less than two weeks at a time.
