Zavalatica - Korèula

Zavalatica is a peaceful fishing bay situated on the middle of the island just 20 minutes from the town of Korcula. It is known for one of the loveliest beaches on the island – Zitna. The location of Zavalatica is ideal for everyone who enjoys swimming, walking, cycling, and exploring villages and bays nearby.
All guests on arrival recieve a welcome pack (Dalmatian smoked ham, homemade cheese and refreshments) in their apartment. For all guests coming to the Marelic residence, we offer the possibility for adventure tours (snorkelling, canoeing, buggy safari ...), we also offer guided tours through local agents to places such as Dubrovnik, Mljet, Mostar and Korcula city tour. There is also a possibility to arrange transfers for guests arriving from Dubrovnik airport to their apartment at extra charge.

Apartment 1
This apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a beautiful spacious terrace, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Can accommodate 4 – 5 people. *** bed linen, bath towels, cutlery, cooking pots and pans, TV all included. Fans and baby cot available on request.

Apartment 2
This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor . It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen ,dining room, bathroom, laundry sea view balcony and a spacious terrace – ideal for afternoon rests. The living area is air – conditioned. This apartment easily accommodates 4 – 6 people. *** bed linen, bath towels, cutlery, cooking pots and pans, TV, air condition, all included. Baby cot available on request.

Apartment 3
This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor providing you with a spectacular view of the island of Lastovo. It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a spacious terrace – ideal for afternoon rests. The living area is air – conditioned. This apartment easily accommodates 4 – 5 people. *** bed linen, bath towels , cutlery, cooking pots and pans , TV, air-condition all included. Baby cot available on request.

 

Zavalatica ist ein ruhig gelegener Fischerort auf der Insel Korcula. Zavalatica befindet sich mitten auf der Insel ca. 20km entfernt von der Stadt Korcula wie auch vom Ort Vela Luka. Der Ort ist auch bekannt von einen der schönsten Strände – Zitna. Bei der Ankunft werden alle Gäste mit einer Kalten Platte (Dalmatinischer Schinken, einheimischer Käse, Erfrischungsgetränke...) in den Appartements erwartet.

Alle Gäste (minimum 7 Tage Aufenthalt) werden zu einem traditionelem Dalmatinischen Abend ( risotto, gegrilter Fisch oder Fleisch, Octopus a la Èara...)eingeladen. Genissen Sie das saubere Meer ob schwimmend, tauchen oder mit Boot. Für jedem etwas, entdecken Sie die Insel ob mit Fahrrad, Motorrad, Auto, wie auch mit regelmässigen Linienbusen und Linienschiffen. Gerne stehen wir Ihne zur verfügung für vermittlung, Ratschläge und Tipps. Für alle Gäste bitten wir adventure fahrten( Schnorchel Tour, Kanu/kayak fahrten, Buggy Safari usw.)an. Es werden auch die beliebtesten Ausflugsziele angeboten wie Dubrovnik, Insel Mljet mit Tragflügelboot. Die Familie Marelic spricht fliessendes Deutsch und Englisch. Für Ihre anreise sind wir gerne von hilfe, egal ob Auto/Fluganreise (Fähre, Transfer vom Flughafen Dubrovnik usw.).

Apartement 1

Befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit einer schönen Terasse, 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum, Dusche/WC und Küche. Unterbringung für 4 –5 Personen.

Apartement 2
Befindet sich am 2 Stock und ist grossräumig. Das Apartement hat 2 – 3 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Speiseraum,Dusche/WC, Wäscheraum und 2 Terassen davon eine kleinere (ideal für 4 Personen) und Grosse für 8 und mehr Personen. Klimaanlage im Speiseraum mit Küche. Unterbringung für 4 - 6 Personen.

Apartement 3
Befindet sich am 2 Stock mit einem Traumhaften Blick. Das Apartement hat 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Speiseraum, Dusche/WC und eine grosse Terasse mit Meerblick. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Unterbringung für 4 – 5 Personen.
